On April 17, 2017, Tenen principal Matthew Carroll, P.E participated in a panel on How to Develop Brownfield Sites for Affordable Housing. The presentation focused on the process and technical aspects associated with successful completion of projects under the New York City E-designation and Voluntary Cleanup Programs and the New York State Brownfield Cleanup Program. The well-received panel discussion, co-sponsored by the New York City Office of Environmental Remediation and New York State Bar Association, was held as part of law firm Goldstein Hall’s Educational Seminar Series.
